Screening/Interviewing Prospective Tenants
Our expert real estate agent connections bring significant experience to the task of interviewing prospective renters to see if they’d make for an ideal tenant for your rental unit. They know what questions to ask to minimize the risk of vacancy and financial challenges that come from tenants who don’t pay their rent on time or who skip town, don’t treat your property like their property, and/or who don’t adhere to other rental property policies and guidelines.
Onboarding New Residents For Both Vacant and Occupied Units
Whether your rental unit is vacant at the time we onboard a new tenant on your behalf, or still occupied, our team will ensure all documents are signed and all rental/lease requirements and other policies are effectively communicated to the new tenant, so that the transition to becoming one of your tenants is a smooth and effective one for all parties.
