While some clients only engage us for one of the three broad categories of services we offer, and there’s some overlap of work we complete under certain service category umbrellas, both we and our customers find it helpful to think of our service categories as phases of work we do for them.

We think about this category of services as being Phase I services. Once we and our clients agree that their rental property is well-situated from safety and market desirability standpoints – the latter meaning the property has amenities and features that are appealing to and expected by individuals that would be most likely to rent/lease your property – we’ll work with whichever real estate connection of ours is well-versed in your particular market to get your property listed and leased/rented. Our experienced real estate connection will employ whatever marketing tactics they deem best to get your property leased/rented as soon as possible, plus they will screen/interview tenants on your behalf, and together we will ensure that your property will only be rented to someone that we believe will make for an ideal tenant for your particular property.
